What is Global Promo’s return policy?

At Global Promo, we stand by the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only if the items you received are not as described on our website or arrive in a damaged, defective, or broken condition.

All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by the invoice and original packaging/labels.

How can I raise a return or replacement request?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at infoflobalpromo2025@gmail.com with clear images of the defective/damaged product. Please include your order number for faster processing.

Products reported after 7 days of delivery will unfortunately not be eligible for return.

Q.3
When will I receive my refund?

For return pickups arranged by us, the refund process will be initiated once the product is collected by our courier partner.

For self-shipped returns, the refund will be processed after the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection. Refunds are credited within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.
