At Global Promo, most of our products come with FREE delivery within United States. However, some items may include minimal shipping costs depending on weight, size, or delivery location.

For international shipments, charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and chosen courier partner.

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. International deliveries usually take 12–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

All confirmed orders are shipped within 2–4 working days from our warehouse.

We ship through trusted logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL and other reputed couriers. If your area is not serviceable by these providers, we use local delivery partners as an alternative.

In rare cases where no courier service is available, our support team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery solution.

All products are safely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as glass bottles and mugs receive additional protective wrapping and cushioning.

For orders shipped outside United States, any applicable customs duties, VAT, or local taxes will be borne by the customer as per the laws of the destination country.
